Availcare Product Warranty and Returns Policy
We have up to a 15 year manufacturers warranty on our exclusive range of Avail products.
Product returns can be made for non custom items within 30 days of the purchase date, we cannot refund the delivery fee. A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply, if the product has been damaged or modified a higher restocking fee will apply.

Terms & Conditions
Full payment for goods is required prior to the delivery occurring, we will endeavor to have your item sent out as soon as possible and will provide you with a tracking number when applicable.
The material on the website belongs to Avail and you are not entitled to copy it unless we have provided you with written permission in advance.
Subject to any statutory rights you have under Australian law, you agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which may occur arising from use of our website and conducting any transactions on our website.
If you place an order using our website, an app or a device you acknowledge that we rely on infrastructure and systems provided by providers in order to receive and send communications and we can’t be and are not responsible for any communications which are delayed or lost due to events outside our control. Also when you place an order for a product or a service we will not have a binding agreement until we send you an acknowledgment.
We will do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However sometimes mistakes are made and you agree that we can correct mistakes and that you will not exploit or take advantage of mistakes.
Also subject to any statutory rights you may have, we will only be liable where applicable, for the replacement of products or services, the repair of the products or payment for the repair of the products or payment of the cost of replacing the products or services.

We do not currently collect or store sensitive information.

Access: You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of such information. Correction: If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us using the details below. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.
Complaints: If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication.

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure.
