We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Nero Tapware, one of the leading tapware brands in Australia for quality and customer service. Nero’s commitment to excellence, values and quality matches ours, making them the perfect partner for us.
Major improvements to our range from July 2023 include:
- Matching tapware finishes, our products will match perfectly with Nero’s range of finishes for over 2500 products
- Shorter lead times, we can send out small and medium size orders within 2 days for all Brushed Gold, Matt Black, Brushed Bronze, Gun Metal and Chrome
- PVD coating gives you market leading finish warranties up to 10 year
- New slimmer Calibre Ergo 25 design, we’ve made end brackets smaller for our 25mm diameter rails so they fit in subtly with any bathroom design
- Avail will be supplying the Nero range along with some new soon to be released additions to our range
We understand that our customers need fast and reliable service, and we recognize that Nero Tapware can provide this at a level we simply cannot match. To ensure that we meet our customers’ needs, we have joined forces with Nero Tapware to manufacture and supply some of our Calibre range under their Mecca Care range, along with our shower seats and backrests.
Avail will continue manufacturing a select range of products ourselves like our Brushed Brass finish which can be either Living, Aged Brass, Antique or Brushed with an industrial clear coat applied to give a Golden long lasting finish.
We are excited to announce that starting from July 2023, we can colour match our products to a wide range of bathroom items, including all Nero tapware, shower sets, and accessories, which consists of over 2500 products. We will be able to offer you shorter lead times, delivering your orders within one week for any finish, anywhere in Australia.
We are also delighted to introduce our latest products, which include tapware, Air Shower handpieces, overhead showers, and more, all of which are made with the latest PVD coating technology. This technology allows us to offer longer warranties on our finishes, with a warranty period of up to 10 years.
Collaborating with Nero Tapware has enabled us to improve our designs significantly. For instance, we have developed more slimline brackets for our popular Calibre Ergo 25mm diameter rails, creating an even more seamless fit with their Mecca Tapware range, which matches perfectly in colour.
